dish in dish out for TC29D

I have a new TC29D and in order to stabilize the tractor better the dealer advised me to dish out the tires. I did this but the right wheel/tire comes in contact with the metal hydraulic hoses mounted on the right lower frame. Can this be helped? Thanks, pete
